Actually finally got around to watching Cecil B Demented today. That was pretty funny, but the two scenes with the action and porn movie theatres had me in hysterics. I thought the title character looked familar, but never would have guessed that he was Deacon Frost from Blade (and, ooh, look, an Alone in the Dark film… now if only I could get that stupid strongbox open I might be able to finish the game).

Also tried to watch From Hell, which was broken, but played okay in VirtualDub. At least up until the part where Abberline and Bilbo Gull meet, where it suddenly started skipping. So we watched the funny robot-walking for a little while before finally giving up. Stupid DivX. Might actually have to go out and rent the DVD now just to watch the stupid end. I don’t remember what happens apart from the fact that it’s different than the book, which I remember annoying me at the time. Stupid surflurfluous quasi-romance. Less romance more slashing! Of any kind.

And, hey look, apparently Depp is playing Willy Wonka from Tim Burton’s proposed version of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Phwoar!

I need to go to bed. Supposed to be meeting the Accomodation Lady tomorrow at 10am for… some reason. I dunno, I’m mostly just there for appearances and to nod my head a lot.

Ah, stuvac. I should really start that sometime.
