Randomly browsing The Japan Times today after a friendslink and… wow I must go see this movie at some stage. Not only is that still really, really fucking awesome, but it’s based on a book by Diana Wynne Jones. Jones, for the record, wrote Eight Days of Luke (which finally arrived the other day; hooray), is a good friend of Neil Gaiman and is an all-round awesome author. Much better than certain other three-name British children’s authors out there, at any rate.
Speaking of Japanese films, I have Cure, Suicide Circle, Casshern and Uzumaki all sitting unwatched in my downloads folder. All unsubtitled, of course, and since my Japanese gets worse by the minute, I’ll have to go searching for some subtitle files. Hopefully they won’t be too hard to find; the ones for Kairo weren’t, at any rate, and they’re all pretty popular Asian-E films, so hopefully eMule will find some for me.
Oh, and also Adventures in Babysitting, which ~Random [h] told me to get, partially because it has a kid who’s obsessed with Thor.
Finished my last essay today, which technically should mean I get a few days off between now and exam week, but unfortunatley I get the feeling I’m going to have to churn out a bunch of stuff for Project between now and Friday so certain people don’t go off their heads again. Or perhaps in spite of that. Bah.
Ooh, World of Warcraft time… (Oh yeah, ~starfyre [h], if you think Druids good; they the ugly unloved bastard stepchild compared to Shamans. Oh boy are they ever…)

Haha, yeah half the system are unwritten, including the archive, profile updating, journal crossposting and email-on-comment. They’ll get done eventually.
Also, yeah, I kinda like Nelver Druids too. ~Mat [h]’s brother is a level 60 Tauren Druid, though, and he says once you get to level 60 with a Druid you think, “Argh, why did I do that for?” [lol] Shaman are the most seriously overpowered class in the game, though; and Druid are arguably one of the most underpowered…
… bah. That’s the problem with playing MMORGs too long; you start talking about things like ‘class efficiency’ instead of ‘OMG I like it!”. >_O

Wow, you actually got Adventures in Babysitting? Mwahahaha, bask in the glory of 80s movies. It’s been years since I’ve seen that one though, so, uhhh… it’s not my fault if it actually sucks.
