If It's Advent Does That Mean There's Ch

Once upon a time, a long long time ago, I bought a PlayStation (PSX; right before the PS2/PSone were released) to play Final Fantasy VIII and Tekken 3. After a month or so, I also found Final Fantasy VII.

I played FFVII for… well, not very long really. Then I restarted it about a year later and woah. Many weeks spent in front of that game. I was Level 60 before leaving the first disc, all because I wanted to get Aeris’ stupid ultimate Limit Break before she (finally) died. I ran around the continent tracking down the right breeding chocobos, got all the Huge materia (stpid subarinies!), got killed twice trying to get Vincent, and spent hours running around fighting meaningless battles to try and get all the Ultimate Materia. Eventually I got to the crater, but decided to go back to get that Materia that learns attacks what’s-it-called all mastered out.

Then I went to University, and didn’t play for a long time.

Then ~wolf [h] comes along and says, “Hey, I really want a copy of FFVII for my bro for his birthday, but I can’t find one. Can I have yours for $30?” And I said sure, because by that time I had a PC copy of it.

Then I forgot about it for a long time.

Then I spent a whole weekend reading a fanfic, and saw some screencaps for Advent Children. Plus there was work to be done, and Silent Hill 3 was getting a bit dull (there’s only so many times you can get attacked by undead nurses before it gets boring), so why not.

So now I am replaying FFVII.

The end.

This song makes me think of Cloud.

The real end.
