It's New!

Monday, 5:36 am in Bloglife

Well, in honour of the fact that I apparently started sk.log three years ago today (and void-star.net’s birthday is coming up on the 15th – must remember to renew the domain), I have finally made a new layout; and one that works in IE, too.

It’s not particularly exciting, bar the fact that I’m kind of using it to extend sk.log’s skinning functionality somewhat (log-time visitors will notice the whole thing is arranged a lot differently to how it usually is).

Oh, and yes, it looks quite a lot like NS’ layout. But I figure since that looks a lot like my hosting site’s layout, which in turn looks like another layout, that it’s okay. Mm yup.

Blue. Stupid blue. How the crap did I end up using blue?

Blue is a nice colour. The real question should be why would you use Sephiroth?

Blasphemey! Why would I not use Sephiroth.

    [huggles Sephiroth some more]

    Mmm… Advent Sephiroth-sama…

    Squee!

Hehe, Mage was actually in a fit when she was half-way through designing the new layout and saw your hosting template was running with the same idea (“the random binary repeating background… !”). What’s original these days, anyway, besides remodelling of recycled goods?

Haha… we discuss that very question for hours in Culture and Politics. Our lecturer is a modernist, so he is dubious about all these newfangled postmodern theories of intertextuality and nothing being original anymore. He prefers all those Frankfurt School blokes who liked to sit around and angst about how mechanical reproduction is destroying the aura of art.

    Lesigh, I say.

Hmm… I suppose now that NS is back and running I should be a good little Dee and format Untitled 5 for you guys. grin.png
