Journal Funk

Been pottering around doing a few small changes to the journal here and there. Firstly and mainly, I’ve added new permission types to the journal entries. There’s now open posts (everyone can see), hidden posts (only registered users can see), hush posts (only certain people can see) and private posts (only I can see). Similar permissions to who can comment on various posts have also been added.
Log permissions also carry through to the various mirror journals as accurately as possible.
The journal update has also been changed. Works great except it won’t edit/add news posts from the edit page for some fucked up reason to do with rpc errors I have no knowledge of. Grr…
New post formatting flags, which I’m sure none of you care about since you can’t use them.
Comment editing is broken, but since I think it was never ‘on’ in the first place, I doubt anyone will be crying too hard over it.
