<b>Working On:</b> <a href=”wod”>The Tellurian</a> <br /> <b>Wanting:</b> To go with mum <br /> <br /> Blergh. This sucks; stuck in my CSCI101 class for the next two hours all because I have to wait for Mat so we can drop off some assignments. Don’t get me wrong, I <i>love</i> 101 (it being the easiest class I have)… but man I’m still freakin’ bored. We’re supposed to be making a webpage for our assignment. I can make it in my sleep, ‘cept for the fact that I’m going to have to do it <i>their</i> way (ie. the way they’ve outlined in all those lectures I didn’t go to). Bleergh. <br /> <br /> Anyway, in other news. I got my Law essay back yesterday. 65%, which is a marginal improvment on my last one, but still not very good. I kinda like law, but I think I’m just not really cut out to do it. Since I have no intention to be an actual lawyer, I have no drive. I dunno… maybe I’ll go talk to someone about getting my degree changed, but maybe not, since I always go through these bouts after getting assessment back. <br /> <br /> I’m still poor, though. At least some things don’t change. <br /> <br /> Mum’s going to Japan this week. She asked me to write her name in katakana for her on the back of her business cards, and I really hope I did it right. It’s been a while since I’ve had to write anything in katakana. Anyway, she asked me to give her a list of all the things I wanted and I was like, “Uh… dunno” since most everything I’d want would be a manga of some kind and mum really can’t read Japanese at all, which may make it a little harder. I was thinking a little electronic pocket Japanese-English dictionary thing would be cool, though. <br /> <br /> The guy next to me in the lab has whistling nose breathing. It’s really, really annoying…
