Leaving Skills

Well… ~Mat [h] went home a few hours ago. Sad. But only one more week until uni and I get to see him again. I’m honestly looking rather forward to it. Work is fine but uni is more relaxing. And doesn’t tend to occur as often (and doesn’t have Mat).
So anyway, the other day I took Mat into town and Bought Things. Firstly Apocalypse for W:tA. What I really want is Gehenna (for V:tM) but they didn’t have it and I think it’s going to be a bit tricky to get for a while. The End of Werewolf is all very well and good, but it’s honestly quite a bit more obvious than I think the end of Vampire will be. Now just to work everyone’s characters up to Elders and take down the world. Assuming we ever get out of the Prologue, that is…
I also picked up issue 3 of MEK. Issue 1 or 2 would have been nice, but alas I can only buy what’s actually there. So now I know how it ends (?). It’s funny actually reading it now and seeing what it really is, as opposed to what we’ve done to it. Bad MEK. Loqia is all bad MEK. But not in the traditional sense.
Some of you may not care that I closed down my dA gallery. It just didn’t feel right anymore. As Loqia says, all things change. There’s a new one, of course. I’ll leave it up to those of you who give a shit to find it, though. Shouldn’t be too hard. Everything from the old gallery is gone, but still exists domainwise, as usual.
Tablet is awesome. It feels so good to be actually able to CG like I want to. My old tablet used to make me despair with the shittiness that it passed onto me. Hence I hated my art for a long time, because I simply couldn’t get it to do what I wanted it to, thanks to the tablet. A bad workman always blames his tools and all, but shit… the new one is so much easier. I actually feel competent again.
Tshirts from thinkgeek arrived on Friday, so I’ve been walking around with circuitboard wings. I’d take a photo but it’s too dark in here (thanks to the heat, turning on lights is not advisable).
I think that’s about it.
