Phwoar! Excited. Heart of Gaia may have sunk, but apparently White Wolf have done a deal with Troika (whom you may remember from Arcanum) to make a new game for Vampire called Bloodlines. Troika tend to make good RPGs, so hopefully Bloodlines won’t be quite the fuckup that Redemption was. Don’t get me wrong, I love Redemption with all my heart… but it was a fucking awful game. Though I did manage to map out the interior of The Project despite the fact that it’s toolset was alarmingly obtuse to use.

While I’m on the subject of Troika and adaptations… check out Temple of Elemental Evil. Phwoar. I’ve gotta get me down to a games shop. I’m still trying to finish Neverwinter Nights. I keep having these urges to buy Shadows of Unrentide, silly little voices in my head tell me that the expansion will surely nullify the mind numbing boringess of NWN. Woe upon me should I actually believe them one day…
