Loki: Srs Biznezz [WiP]

Drawn after seeing Across the Universe and getting that Uncle Sam image stuck in my head, then overlaid with the assertion that the internet is serious business. LOLki knows where it’s at. Do you?
Will probably colour (and maybe even ink gasp!) this when Vista feels like it’s up to recognising my tablet and running Photoshop.

AHAHA VISTA
I got the blue screen of death on my vista-top the other week.
It made me SAD. And yeah, it took me a while to get it to recognise my tablet and it spent ALL THE DAMN TIME resetting my photoshop back to the original installation which was annoying because my brushes! My loves! ;3; I cry. -
Yeah I just… wouldn’t install Vista on a laptop. Most don’t have the RAM to run it. Hell, my desktop doesn’t have the RAM to run it, really. Damn 2GB! I shake my fist at your smallness!

My laptop was supposed to be made to run it and whatev. Apparently the repair guy had never seen a blue screen of death on vista before and I just kinda stared at him and went “what the hell kinds of computers are you running?” -
The laptop vendors tell you shit; unless your laptop is ultra-premium top-of-the line you shouldn’t be running Vista on it. Hell, you shouldn’t be running Vista on anything, ever; it consistently under performs XP on all speed and resources tests. It’s probably well worth your while to get XP from somewhere give XP the boot. You will notice the difference.
Especially if you’re getting BSODs. To be honest, I’ve never seen a BSOD in Vista – or XP – either. They’re… not easy to get in those two OSes, and basically mean there is something seriously wrong.

I think Loki would look even more awesome with a Sam!tophat. But then again, those ears and those horns of his don’t deserve distraction.

Yeah, as his horns get bigger Loki’s tendency to wear cool hats decreases exponentially.
On the plus side, I might actually be able to get Vista to connect to the 360. Maybe. Here’s hoping. Useless motherfucking things, both of them.

Ahaha… urgh.
Last Exmas ~Mat [h]’s parents were trying to decide whether to get his brothers a 360 or a Wii. They asked our opinion and we were like, “They’re Real Gamers™, get them a 360.” And we were secretly thinking, “A-hur! If they get a new XBox we can have their old one!” which was pre-configured (read: cracked) as a media centre. We don’t own DVDs, but ~Mat [h] has like 9TB of DivX, so we thought it’d be cool to be able to watch them from the couch on the big old rear-projection monster.
But then the PiLs decided they were going to get us a 360, too, in a misguided attempt to buy us something we’d like. So we’ve got a 360 and the old XBox and they pretty much just sit around and gather dust. We are not console people.
