I know what pingbacks are, ‘hon’, and I well figured you’d be watching yours like a hawk. Good eye!

((Unless, of course, you receive said pingbacks straight to your Inbox, in which case, ignore the praise above.))

I’m going to be perfectly honest now … I certainly didn’t expect a long, emotionally distraught blog entry in reply to my review of Void-Star.Net — I was a little shocked at such a display of immaturity, actually. That’s the exact response I had three years ago, ((I was around 17 at the time,)) When getting your site reviewed was all the rage … I threw fits over even slightly negative reviews, and I even posted response blogs with near the exact same wording as you did. ‘My site is for me, not anyone else, and if you don’t like it, you can leave!’

Obviously, I grew to realise this is not the right type of attitude to have, as a webmaster, and I began to fix my site … And my childish attitude … Up.

Touching back on the actual review, now … In reality, I had completely forgotten all about our ‘run in’, as you called it … I was merely helping Rhiannon with her queue, as I occasionally do out of boredom. ((I picked your site out of the list, as I saw it was fairly small — I’ll let Rhiannon review the huge, content filled sites, thanks! I’m much too lazy. tongue.png))

Now to my post on the AsiaJam forums — I admit, when I posted that, I was quite baffled over your response, and even a little upset that you didn’t appreciate most of what I had said … Especially considering I took the time to carefully type up everything I could possibly think of, to assist you in bettering your site.

I only wish I had have known you would be so unresponsive, before I began your review — I could have donated my ((Albeit free)) Time to someone who would have actually appreciated what they requested in the first place.

But what’s past is past, and what’s done is done. I wish you the best with Void-Star.Net, whether you decide to take any of my advice or not.

    Good luck! smile.png

I love the fact that she doesn’t see the lulz in complaining about her negative review receiving a negative review all the while trying oh so unsubtly to cling to the high ground. Quick another strawman argument!

    THE GOGGLES THEY DO NOTHING!

Don’t you know, ~Belinda [h]? Expressing any opinion on the internet at all is “emo”!

    Real people use Apathy™.

I only saw this because of Mat’s comment about the fact that you’d received a review. How did I miss it? Epic fail on my behalf.

I have to go hunt out this review now, just for the lulz.
