Well… yup. O Week is almost over, which means back to lectures. I’m almost looking forward to it, I think. The first week here at K’bong has been pretty successful; the French students are nice and European-civilised and things seem to be settling down well.

In other news… we went to Sydney today (well, we almost didn’t because ~
Mat [
h] got pulled over by police on the way to pick us up to go to the train station and then couldn’t get parking since it was clubs day, and that made us miss the train and the next one didn’t arrive in sydney until after 2pm, but since Thursday is Late Night Shopping, we went anyway). The House of Fetish turned out to be a glorified and overpriced Hot Topic. There was an Emily the Strange top I would have bought had it not been $50; I can
import it for less than that, dumbass shop. I bought some more stationery at the Kino, and had an Easy Way and Sushi Since 1992. It was a pretty good day, if a little rushed.

I got ~
wolf [
h] to dye my hair the other day. It’s now done in one inch alternating black and green stripes down one side (the other is plain black). It looks pretty good, and my hair isn’t falling out so badly as it was last time since I know a little better how to look after it (thank you alt.gothic.fashion).

I also opened a [dex=http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/LoquaciaDee/]VCL[/dex] account. ~
Spug [
h] says I’ve “sold out”. She’s not half wrong. Ah well…

That’s it really, I think. I need a shower; I stink.
You have some symptoms of depression. Some of these symptoms normally occur in many people. It is difficult to say whether you will need treatment or not, but it is worth speaking to your doctor about how you feel.
Depression is a disease like any other disease, and it can be treated very effectively. Recognising that you are suffering from depression is the first positive step. If you are depressed, you should arrange to see your doctor to talk about the illness right away. You may also want to raise the issue with your friends and family. You should look for support from these people you until you get well. Anyone can suffer from depression, and the symptoms can vary from person to person. Treatments, including medication and psychotherapy, have a very high success rate.

Please note that this test result is not a certain assessment of your mental health. You should always consult a doctor if you feel depressed or if you feel that worries and anxiety have taken over and affected the activities of your daily life.
What a crock of shit. This is why I don’t believe in psychiatry; I’m about as depressed as a tomato. Fuckin’ quacks…
