I’m not sure how reliable the source here is, but if even half of this stuff is true it shows ineptitude at best and conspiracy at worst. No wonder no-one in America bothers to vote anymore. The report of the three candidates with the vote tallies each of 18181 (or ‘ahaha’) is a bit disturbing if true. Maybe we should send in some UN vote-watching type people in 2004?
